At First Sight

This tour is a time machine because it will take us back in the history of Rome, from the legendary foundation by Romulus to the imperial era. We will visit the symbol of the ancient city: the Colosseum, considered one of the seven wonders of the world. It was built by the Flavian Dynasty to entertain the people with hunts, gladiator games and executions. The construction technique was at the forefront in the ancient world and it was used as a model in the following centuries.

After the Colosseum, you will pass the Arch of the Emperor Constantine, which legitimized Christianity in the Roman Empire. The visit will continue in the Roman Forum, centre of political, commercial and religious life in ancient times. We will walk among the remains of basilicas and temples, and we will stop at the place where the funeral of Julius Caesar was held and Mark Antony made the famous speech.
