The Park of Villa Borghese, a real green lung in the heart of Rome, just a few steps away from the elegant Via Veneto, houses the sumptuous Villa Borghese.

The Borghese Gallery, one of the most famous and important museums, houses a beautiful collection of sculptures, bas-reliefs and ancient mosaics, as well as paintings and sculptures from the fifteenth century onwards. The works are exhibited in 20 frescoed rooms that, together with the porch and the entrance hall, constitute the rooms of the Museum open to the public.

In this tour we will visit the magnificent collection of the Cardinal Scipione Borghese, nephew of Pope Paul V, hunting residence and exhibition place of the private collection.

Among the masterpieces of the collection, there are works by Raphael, Caravaggio, Titian, Antonello da Messina, Rubens, Botticelli and the extraordinary juvenil sculptures by Gian Lorenzo Bernini and Antonio Canova.
